    Sierra Parker is the CEO and founder of iamSierraParker The Brand LLC, which is the umbrella brand for her empire. She was born in Monroeville, AL, and raised in Schertz, TX, and has been a trailblazer in her community. In 2018, Sierra founded Queening in MY Purpose (Q.i.M.P.), a nonprofit organization, with Rachelle Smith as the President and COO. Q.i.M.P. leads community programs such as "Adopt a Senior-San Antonio," "Adopt a Family for Thanksgiving," and "Adopt a Student for Christmas" annually. The organization has awarded the Q.i.M.P. Community Scholarship to high school seniors for consecutive years since 2020, helping them start their college careers.

    Apart from Q.i.M.P., Sierra is also busy with other entrepreneurial endeavors. She owns "Sie'Luxe Brows," a PMU Brow Bar where she serves as a licensed PMU artist and instructor. She is also the owner of K.Simone's Boutique, the CEO of Concrete Rose Consulting Firm, and the co-host of "Anything But That" podcast. In 2021, Sierra founded the travel group "We Travel & What Not," providing affordable and safe opportunities for women to see the world. Recently, she launched ConcreteRose Talent Management Group.

    Sierra is the Director of Organizational Development and has worked in Talent Development and Human Resources for the past 12 years of her career. She has been featured on the CONNECT TV Network, TAAN TV, and Canvas Rebel Magazine, and has received awards such as "Hustler of the Year"-Female Executives of TX, "Boutique of the Year"-Texas Trailblazer Awards | TX Minotiry Fashion Week, and "Power Partner"-Summa Set Apart, among others. Sierra's pride and joy come from helping small businesses thrive, brand, and materialize their vision. She also enjoys helping women find and operate in their purpose. Being the midwife of someone's gift is the most rewarding feeling for her. 

    When asked, "How do you do it all?" Sierra responds, "When you're operating in your gift, you'll never work a day in your life." She truly lives by this. In conclusion, Sierra is a mother to a star in his own right and the CEO and founder of "Homeless Lives Matter 2 Parker" Nonprofit, Parker Henderson.
