Additionally, we handle logistics such as bookings, agreements, negotiations, and more for our talent on work that we have booked, or that they have sourced on their own.

Our business model operates as a support model for "Freelance Talent." This means that our talent has the potential to earn income from any source of their choosing, and CRTM is not entitled to any of their earnings unless otherwise negotiated. We understand that our model may not be suitable for everyone, and we welcome anyone considering CRTM to book a consultation with us.
