Sierra Parker is the CEO and Talent Manager of CRTM. Her passion is to provide talent with the freedom to be creative while having a professional representation. She believes that resources and opportunities are readily available if you know where to find them. Sierra empowers her clients to achieve their goals, earn recognition and ultimately become great in their field.
Sierra's approach to working with clients is to start by understanding their career objectives and target audience. She then develops a creative strategy that aligns with their goals and resonates with their audience. CRTM is constantly testing and refining its approach to ensure it delivers the best results.

K. Day Gomez is an Author, photojournalist, and multidisciplinary artist Kathleen Day Gomez has held a career in multiple creative sectors for nearly 24 years. From freelance work in the arts to working in a variety of positions as a journalist to modeling / acting to compiling her children’s book series, Kat has cultivated priceless experiences that she is happy to share openly with the community and fellows within these industries.
Day Gomez has instructed children and adults in sustainable art from ages two and up, and has led creative community workshops aimed at educating and empowering youth and adults in specific mental health focuses. As a mental health professional, she has presented as a mentor in course studies aimed at overcoming trauma and mental blocks, presented as a speaker at multiple public events for charity, and continues to be a community advocate in any way she can.
Now Founder, CEO & editor in chief of the global publication, PEPPER Magazine, she continues her mission to pioneer a more diverse, inclusive, collaborative, responsible, and compassionate movement in journalism. As the first neurodivergent-led global publication in Texas, PEPPER has already garnered 2 consecutive Magazine of the Year Awards at the Texas Fashion Industry Awards (2022 & 2023) and most recently was named Best Magazine of 2023 in Spain’s POPsonality!
